Slide Sleeving Machine Operation Page Description

For newbies, you need to know the pages of the slide sleeving machine in detail before operating it, including automatic operation page and the manual operation page.

1. Description of the automatic operation page

1-1. Alarm information: display the reason of abnormal alarm of the equipment.

1-2. Group (model selection): enter all the models that have been set up file display page, press the button of the model that needs to be processed that is to complete the model selection. (as shown below)

1-3. Model name: display the currently selected model code.

1-4. Feed belt switch: manually open or close the feed belt switch.

1-5. Output: Displays the quantity that has been processed by the equipment.

1-6. Zero: Zero out the current quantity processed by the equipment.

1-7. Setting output: After setting this quantity, the equipment will automatically stop normally when the processed quantity reaches this quantity.

1-8. Speed: Display the current processing speed of the equipment (i.e., how much can be processed in 1 minute).

1-9. All back to zero: all servo back to zero switch.

1-10. clear material: clear material switch, when the equipment feed no detection, press this button can be unprocessed material on the equipment to play through.

1-11. bagging, bagging, handling servo current position: display bagging, bagging, handling servo current position, when the servo is out of position, please refer to the position of the axes whether there is a change to determine whether the servo or the machine is abnormal.

1-12. Reset: When the equipment is faulty, after eliminating the fault, press this button to release the fault alarm.

1-13. Manual Page, Parameter Setting, Alarm Page, IO Status: Press these buttons to enter the page corresponding to each button.

2. Manual operation page description (as below)

2-1. Manual operation of feeding, carrying and sealing: Pressing this button will enter the manual operation page of feeding, carrying and sealing.

2. Manual operation of bag feeding, bag pulling and bag releasing: Pressing this button will enter the manual operation page of bag feeding, bag pulling and bag releasing.

3. Manual operation of bag picking, bag forming and bag setting: Pressing this button will enter the manual operation page of bag picking, bag forming and bag setting.

4. Exit: Close the current page to return to the previous page.
