How to setting telescopic slide rail riveting machine slide lengths

Common telescopic slide inner rail riveting machine length setting operation is simple, just need you to follow the process to learn.

Step 1 Adjust rear section rail length

1-1. Loosen positioning Pin, Use guide pin to locate stopper first, then adjust the positioning pin, Adjust positioning stopper.

1-2. Secure the positioning pin,only secure one pin on each side,every hole matches a rail length,check if it fits.

Step 2 Adjust middle section rail length

2-1. Cyliner is at home position,adjust cylinder to stopper rail length.

2-2. Loosen screws here.

2-3. Cylinder to rail:1-2mm gap.

2-4. Tighten after adjustment,after adjustment,tap‘Position cylinder’on the screen.

Step 3 Adjust front section rail length

3-1. Bottom has two screws.

3-2. Loosen two bottom screws to adjust stopper.

3-3. Loosen screws on the other side adjust stopper.

3-4. Tighten after adjustment, setting done.
